Welcome to my website.
I am an assistant professor in Statistics and Data Science at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a secondary appointment in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine.
My research focuses on developing statistical and computational methods for health and medicine, with an emphasis on integrating multimodal data sources such as imaging, genomics, and biomedical knowledge graphs. I am also interested in integrating statistics, software engineering, and agentic AI platforms to automate data analysis in scientific research.
My work has advanced understanding of the brain and inter-organ connections (e.g., heart-brain links) in relation to mental health and brain disorders, and contributed to the development of cloud computing ecosystems for genetics and precision medicine.
