Welcome to my website.

I am an assistant professor in Statistics and Data Science at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

My research develops statistical and computational methods for science and medicine, focusing on large-scale data such as imaging, genomics, and biomedical knowledge graphs. I’m also interested in combining statistics and software engineering to automate data analysis in scientific research.

My work has advanced understanding of the brain and inter-organ connections (e.g., heart-brain links) in relation to mental health and brain disorders, and contributed to the development of cloud computing ecosystems for genetics and precision medicine.
